Patti started PS-Benefits in the Winter 2008. Her industry background spans over 25 years and includes broad experience in HMO operations, provider contract negotiations, business development, benefits and financial consulting. She has worked as private consultant and held positions with Northwestern Mutual of Northern Virginia.
In addition to her responsibility for day-to-day operations at PS-Benefits, Patti possesses a great deal of expertise in benefits analysis and package design. She works very diligently to develop strong relationships between the firm and the respected benefits carriers. Patti thinks strategically and sometimes "outside of the box" in order to design the best possible benefits solution for our clients. |

Heather recently joined PS-Benefits in the role of Director of Administrative Support. Her responsibilities include office management, enrollment of new clients, day-to-day administration, and providing support to both the client and their participants. Heather's goal is to increase industry knowledge by becoming an extension of each PS-Benefit's department.
PS-Benefits strongly believes that job flexibility is an integral factor in the development of successful business relationships. The ability to wear multiple hats illustrates both an individual's potential as well as their work ethic. Heather's willingness to complete tasks or errands (small and large) makes her a vital member of the PS-Benefits team. |

Megan joined the PS-Benefits team in May of 2010. Her career path has led her through various positions in the health and benefits industries. She has 15 years experience in client services, medical supply billing, human resources management, and business administration. Megan's customer service experience along with her proven understanding of the complexities of the health care industry, will allow her to better serve our clients at PS-Benefits
Megan has been tasked with expanding and developing business relationships with prospective clients. She educates prospects on the wide range of services, products, and industry experience that PS-Benefits offers its clients. Megan manages a team of client service representatives to ensure that each client receives superior customer service. |

Engineering Consultant - Design & Marketing |

Brian joined the PS-Benefits team as an engineering consultant and provides a variety of supporting roles across all facets of the organization. In addition to his web and graphic design support, Brian also provides subject matter expertise in Adobe products, multimedia production, online marketing strategies, and training curriculum/courseware development. His mission is to streamline PS-Benefits and client operations with customized automation and technical enhancements.
Brian works as a private consultant through his company (Graphic Designs Center) and currently holds an engineer position with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. Brian possesses a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication and Public Relations from George Mason University. |
